• Planning, developing and implementing PR  strategies
• Preparing and editing photographs and pictures for publishing in internet resources
• Maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website
• Follow-up and coordinate with related departments to solve customers' problem
• Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products and services
• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to manage corporate image and identity, and improve public perception
• Manage special events such as sponsorship of outside events, or other activities which may support in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising derectly
• Draft speeches for company executives when having public events, and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them
• Maintain effective working relationships with media representatives and government officials
• Manage communications budgets
