Responsibilities
- Manage the application and renewal process for Visas and Work Permits for foreign employees
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies regarding Visa and Work Permit matters
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documents
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel data accurately
- Provide guidance and support to Japanese employees on company policies and benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Visa/Work Permit processes
- Proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N3 or higher)
- Understanding of Thai labor law and related regulations
- Competence in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous and capable of managing a high volume of documentation
