R&D Specialist – Pet Food - บริษัท ไทยยูเนี่ยน กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Develop and optimize new pet food product formulations from bench scale to factory scale-up
• Conduct experiments related to protein processing and thermal processing for pet food products
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs (Process Optimization, Value Engineering)
• Troubleshoot technical issues arising in product quality and manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with production, marketing teams, and suppliers for new product launches
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for R&D projects

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in food product R&D, with a focus on pet food
• Understanding of food processing, particularly protein processing and thermal processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
• Ability to work full-time at the factory in Songkhla province
• Experience in Value Engineering or Project Management is a plus.
