Human Food/ Pet Food Research and Development (Samut Sakhon) - บริษัท ไทยยูเนี่ยน กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Drive research and development projects from organization and execution through efficient scaling, leveraging technical expertise and leadership.
• Support the innovation and R&D objectives of the business unit, focusing on products manufactured at the Thailand factory.
• Formulate new products and concepts based on consumer trends and market research.
• Develop products from initial ideation through to factory scale-up.
• Manage the R&D team's goals and daily activities, translating innovation project briefs into product development sequences to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.
• Collaborate with Innohub, Regional R&D colleagues, Brand Marketing teams, and Factory Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support new product launches.
• Provide technical support for Regulatory Affairs, CQA, and Nutrition, including developing specifications, process controls, ingredient statements, and on-pack nutritional information.
• Lead and complete R&D activities within specified timelines, working effectively with project teams.
• Conduct projects scientifically and efficiently from bench development through pilot plant to factory scale-up.
• Record, evaluate, and interpret experimental data, providing recommendations through written or oral reports.
• Support factory operations in process optimization, quality improvements, and value engineering.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• 0-7 years of experience in food product research and development
• Understanding of formulation principles, food processing, and food safety standards
• Strong analytical and scientific problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in ambient/pet food product development is a plus.
• Good English communicaiton skills
