Responsibilities

1. Plan machinery maintenance according to the scheduled schedule.

2. Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns or damage.

3. Manage machinery spare parts inventory, including purchasing and planning.

4. Analyze machinery problems and implement repairs.

5. Prepare machinery usage reports and prepare operating manuals.

6. Prepare budgets for machinery construction and maintenance, and ensure they are within specified limits.

7. Maintain factory utilities and repair any damage or problems, including water systems, building systems, pumping systems, air conditioning systems, and others.

8. Perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
- 3+ years professional experience in Engineering Department.
- Responsibilities, Establish effective Plan maintenance system, Minimize unplan breakdown, Improve machine reliability, OEE
- Strong leadership, Interdependent, Initiative, enthusiasm, energetic, having self-motivation
- Responsibilities, Plan maintenance
- PLC knowledge, Facility Etc.
- Willing to work under pressure and business dynamic change.
