Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership
    Take full ownership of assigned programs from strategy formulation and marketing planning to final execution; analyze program unique selling points (USPs), target audiences, and customer journeys to drive continuous program growth.
  • Content Strategy & Communication Management
    Define content direction, key messages, and comprehensive communication plans tailored to each specific program to ensure effective audience reach.
  • KOL & Influencer Marketing Collaboration
    Partner with the influencer team to strategize and execute KOL/Influencer campaigns that align perfectly with each program’s goals and target demographics.
  • Content Production Collaboration
    Work closely with the production team to establish creative concepts, objectives, and clear communication directions for all program-related media and content.
  • Market Analysis & Program Development
    Monitor beauty trends, technological advancements, and consumer behavior; analyze competitors' promotions and communication styles to identify new market opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    Track, analyze, and report on program KPIs—including sales revenue, leads, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI—to optimize marketing strategies and outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Age: 25–35 years old.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, or Project Management.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in Beauty, Aesthetic Clinics, Wellness, Healthcare, or Lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
  • Marketing Fundamentals: Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage campaigns and projects from planning through execution and analysis.
  • Collaboration & Briefing: Strong skills in creative briefing and managing cross-functional team collaborations.
  • Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Creativity & Trend Literacy: Creative mindset with the ability to capture current trends and apply them commercially.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
