R&D Officer-Chocolate - บริษัท แกลโลไทย จำกัด

1. Develop new chocolate products and improve existing chocolate products according to marketing and customer requirements. Track and update R&D project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

2. Prepare specifications and related documents of raw materials and finished good products.

3. Create recipes and item code in system for new product development and trade items.

4. Prepare prototype for customer tasting.

5. Conduct shelf-life study and recording.

6. Verify food additive in new product to ensure with FDA regulation and destination country.

7. Ensure safety in workplace and follow company safety rules.

8. Coordinate with related departments to complete new product development.

9. Support and implement company systems (GHP, HACCP, FSSC, SMETA)

10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Thai Male or Female aged 23 years old up.

- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in food science or any related field

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in chocolate or confectionery development.

Required Skill:

- Knowledge of product development, raw materials and technology in food and beverage.

- Enthusiastic for chocolate or confectionery development.

- Knowledge in GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 has advantages.

- Strong ability to collaborate cross functionally with people in other disciplines and/or business areas.

- Able to use computer programs MS office (Excel, Word), must have calculation skills.

- Good English communication skills. Presentation skills have advantages.

- Positive and self-driven, a hunger to learn, good presenting and communication skills and ability to work well under pressure conditions and presentation skills have advantages.

- Able to relocate or travel to Wellgrow (Bangpakong).
