Responsibilities
• Maintain and update technical documentation including Wis, specifications, and product dossiers.
• Coordinate document control processes and ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, audit schedules.
• Handle data entry and management in systems such as ERP.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams and verify technical information.
• Maintain up-to-date records of training, production training schedules.
• Assist in sample management for testing, validations, or product development.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal Thai / English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems (e.g., ERP, document control systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000), GMP, GHP, FSSC 22000
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required
