Responsibilities
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ผู้ใช้งานสำหรับปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และระบบเครือข่าย
- ประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน AI ในการพัฒนาโครงการหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานจริง
- ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง
- วินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่ายเบื้องต้น รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตและ LAN
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลทรัพย์สินด้าน IT ขององค์กร
- ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน
- จัดทำคู่มือและเอกสารประกอบการใช้งานระบบ IT สำหรับผู้ใช้
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Help Desk 0-3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และระบบเครือข่าย
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาและการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
- มีใจรักบริการและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลระบบเครือข่าย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- **สามารถสื่อสารและใช้งานภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานประจำวัน**
