Responsibilities
Burmese Interpreter **คนไทย**
Responsibilities
1.Translate between Thai and Burmese, both for consecutive/site interpretation and document translation.
2.Facilitate communication between supervisors/managers and Burmese employees in production lines or various departments.
3.Coordinate communication to ensure Burmese employees understand work-related information, including:
-Work procedures
-Safety regulations
4.Company policies Benefits, announcements, and notices
5.Assist in training or conveying work instructions to Burmese employees.
6.Translate HR documents, such as job applications, leave forms, and company regulations.
7.Provide basic guidance and support to Burmese employees regarding living conditions or work-related issues.
8.Coordinate with the HR department on foreign worker documentation (e.g., visa/work permit processes, if applicable).
9.Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing interpretation work or key issues for supervisors.
10.Perform other tasks assigned by the HR department or management.
11.Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees.
12.Calculate overtime, additional hours, attendance bonuses, travel allowances, commissions, and other employee benefits.
13.Prepare and record deductions, including withholding tax, social security, provident fund, and other statutory deductions.
14.Verify time attendance, leave records, and absences using the Time Attendance system.
15.Prepare reports for government agencies, such as personal income tax (PND 1) and social security (SSO 1–10).
16.Issue pay slips and ensure accuracy of payroll information.
17.Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee data and payroll-related matters.
18.Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and personal employee information.
19.Prepare and summarize monthly/annual reports related to salaries and labor costs.
20.Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Burmese language, Asian languages, or a related field.
2.Excellent language proficiency (depending on language pair: English/Japanese/Chinese).
3.Strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Burmese, Thai, and English.
4.Clear communication, good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn specialized terminology.
5.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6.Knowledge and experience in managing foreign worker documentation, including 90-day Visa and Work Permit renewal processes.
