Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and ensure the proper storage and preservation of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, maintaining them in good condition at all times.
- Manage and coordinate the circulation of returnable packaging to ensure availability, adequacy, and efficiency in accordance with the production plan.
- Oversee the handling of by-products, such as solvents generated from production processes, ensuring safe storage and coordinating further actions in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution of assigned operations.
- Control and optimize the utilization of warehouse space, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they are used effectively, maintained in good condition, and always ready for operation.
- Develop and improve warehouse management processes to enhance efficiency, such as inventory management of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with FIFO principles, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within storage areas.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the chemical industry.
- Strong skills in production planning, proficient in computer applications, and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle urgent issues and work effectively under pressure.
- Registration as a Hazardous Substance Responsible Person, responsible for hazardous material storage, will be considered an advantage.
