QC Engineer (วิศวกร) - บริษัท รอนด้า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Read and understand Engineering Drawing, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and Measurement specifications related to part inspection. อ่านและเข้าใจแบบวิศวกรรม (Engineering Drawing), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) และข้อกำหนดด้านการวัดสำหรับการตรวจสอบชิ้นงาน
• Program and develop measurement programs for all measuring equipment used at Ronda company. จัดทำและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการวัดสำหรับเครื่องมือวัดทุกประเภทที่ใช้งานในบริษัท
• Verify the accuracy and condition of measuring instruments to ensure it is in good working condition and ready for use. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและสภาพการใช้งานของเครื่องมือวัด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• Provide support for measurement and inspection activities and perform other related duties a assigned. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการวัดและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ รวมถึงปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• Manage calibration activities for control fixtures and measuring equipment in accordance with the calibration plan. บริหารจัดการงานสอบเทียบ (Calibration) สำหรับฟิกซ์เจอร์ควบคุม (Control Fixtures) และเครื่องมือวัดต่าง ๆ ตามแผนการสอบเทียบที่กำหนด
• Establish and maintain documentation related to calibration, maintenance, and measurement programming. จัดทำและดูแลรักษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอบเทียบ การบำรุงรักษา และการจัดทำโปรแกรมการวัด

• Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or Production Technology, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or a related field). วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องกล, เทคโนโลยีอุตสาหการ, เทคโนโลยีการผลิต หรือปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (วิศวกรรมการผลิต, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC, Measuring Equipment, and Programming measuring program in precision manufacturing industry. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ, การใช้งานเครื่องมือวัด และการเขียนโปรแกรมสำหรับเครื่องมือวัด ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนที่มีความเที่ยงตรงสูง
• Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in using VMM (Vision measuring machine) or optical measurement equipment and CMM (Coordinate measuring machine). มีความรู้พื้นฐานและสามารถใช้งานเครื่อง VMM  หรือเครื่องมือวัดแบบออปติคัล รวมถึงเครื่อง CMM  ได้
• Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบวิศวกรรม รวมถึง GD&T ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• Basic knowledge of measurement standards and measurement principles used in the manufacturing industry. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการวัดและหลักการวัดที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• Familiar with quality inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and calibration systems. มีความคุ้นเคยกับอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ, เครื่องมือวัด และระบบการสอบเทียบ
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และ Microsoft Word
• Good English communicate skills. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
• Good English skills with the ability to read and understand technical terms, Engineering drawings, specifications, and equipment manuals. สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจคำศัพท์ทางเทคนิค, แบบวิศวกรรม, ข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค และคู่มือการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษได้
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with related departments. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี, สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
