Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the SAP team to achieve business and project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with business users, cross-functional teams, and external SAP consultants.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and successful Go-Live.
- Improve business processes through SAP solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage SAP vendors and implementation partners to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee SAP governance, system stability, user support, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP or ERP implementation.
- At least 3 years of experience leading SAP or IT project teams.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, or WM/EWM is an advantage.
