HR Business Partner (ประจำโรงงานระยอง) - บริษัท ไทยเพรซิเดนท์ฟูดส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Act as a strategic HR partner to factory leadership and line managers to support overall business objectives.
• Manage core HR functions including recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
• Provide HR consultation and support to managers on workforce planning, talent development, and team performance.
• Communicate and implement HR policies, initiatives, and programs to ensure understanding and compliance across all employee levels.
• Analyze HR data such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and performance results to develop action plans and support decision-making.
• Handle employee relations and grievances in accordance with labor laws and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with employee representatives or labor unions (if applicable) to maintain positive working relationships and resolve disputes.
• Organize and support employee engagement and cultural development activities to enhance morale and organizational alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and experience in handling employee relations within a factory setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is a plus.
