Responsibilities
job description
- Improve process stability, cycle time, OEE, productivity, and product quality.
- Analyze process losses, downtime, defects, and recurring problems.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Optimize machine parameters, line balancing, changeover, and manpower utilization.
- Support automation, poka-yoke, sensors, vision systems, and equipment modifications.
- Support new product trials, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, QA, NPD, and suppliers.

Qualifications
- Male, age 25 - 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in assembly, automation, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of OEE, Lean, TPM, SMED, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving tools.
- Hands-on, data-driven, and able to work effectively with shopfloor teams.
- **Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
