Responsibilities

1. Design products to meet the needs of customers.

2. Work planning and product development on time.

3. Follow up on project progress and report to clients.

4. Make Specification And how to check the quality of the product

5. Follow up and coordinate with Mold Maker and Supplier and related agencies.

6. Analyze the problem to find the cause and solution to solve the problem for the customer.

7. Develop production processes to have low costs under the same quality.

8. Work as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Male or Female
Bachelor's degree in Polymer , manufacturing engineering , or other related fields.
At least 5-10 years experience in the work related to the development of plastic packaging products such as injection molding and blow molding.
Can use computer program Auto Cad, Solid Work, CAM, Microsoft office. Able to use 2D and 3D programs in product design would be an advantage.
Good human relations and flexibility in teamwork to achieve company goals
Able to work under pressure as well.
Good command of English (Read / speak / write)
**Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
