Responsibilities

- Recruit employees from the beginning to the end of the process.

- Post job advertisements and analyze recruitment media, both online, offline, and other types.

- Prepare documents for renewing work permits for foreign workers.

- Compile weekly workforce data and recruitment reports.

- Verify the accuracy of subcontractor payroll.

- Conduct new employee orientation on company regulations and benefits.

- Organize training programs according to the plan and submit documents to the Department of Skill Development to comply with legal

requirements.

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing equipment for visitors to the factory and overseeing housekeeping staff.

- Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

1. Male/Female, aged between 22-40 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Human Resource Management, or other related fields.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
4. Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and confidence in public speaking.
5. Can communicate well in English. (listening, reading, writing, and speaking).
6. Understanding of the process for renewing work permits and other licenses for foreign workers.
7. Knowledge and understanding of the FSSC quality system and Sedex system will be an advantage.
8. Immediate availability to start work will be an advantage.
