Pre-sales Engineer (IT Solution) - บริษัท ริโก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย ให้คำแนะนำและให้ข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
• ออกแบบโซลูชั่น และประสานงานจัดทำ Bill of Materials (BOM) สำหรับงานโปรเจ็ค
• จัดเตรียมและดูแลการทดสอบสินค้า (Demo)
• จัดทำไฟล์และเอกสารทางด้านเทคนิค ได้แก่ ไฟล์นำเสนอทางด้านเทคนิค เอกสาร POCs เอกสาร Proposal, เอกสาร Statement of Work (SOW) และ TOR
• เป็นวิทยากรในการจัดอบรม เพื่อให้ความรู้ทางด้านสินค้า หรือ update สินค้าใหม่ให้กับลูกค้า
• สนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาด ในการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดต่างๆ เช่น การจัดอีเว้นท์ การจัดอบรมสินค้า

คุณสมบัติ:

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้าน Pre-Sales Engineer (ไอที โซลูชั่น) IT Solution design, Technical Consultant อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
• มีความรู้ทางด้าน Networking, System, Server, Storage, Security, Database, Backup, Data Center, Software, IOT, Artificial Intelligence หรือ Business Intelligence
• มีทักษะและความสามารถในการสื่อสารข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคให้กับผู้ที่ไม่ใช่เทคนิคเข้าใจได้ง่าย
• มีความสนใจและแรงจูงใจที่จะเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ตลอดเวลา
• สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา และสามารถทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มีทักษะทางด้านการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
