Responsibilities
1. Collecting customer requirements and technical information for sales representatives to use project presentations
2. Proactively verifying technical solution scope necessary to address customer requirements, uncover customer's unspoken needs, and recommend the best suitable & optimized value solution for both the customer and the company
3. Preparing solution diagrams and project documents including project timelines and terms & conditions of services and estimating cost of the project for price setting
4. Supporting onsite activities including but not limit to site survey, product preparation and demonstration
5. Giving product and service information to potential customers, including demonstration support of new products or services
6. Working closely with internal sales team, sales support team, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
7. Coaching and giving professional guidance to sales team to enhance their product knowledge, technical intelligence, and technical sales skills.
8. Opportunity looking for and pursuing for more business and collaborating with sales team to ensure the opportunities will be followed up and will progress effectively.
9. Monitoring technical aspects proposed throughout the sales process. Notify to sales team and relevant parties about risks and issues in the project.
10. Supporting Vendor Management in finding and analyzing potential vendors and partners for opportunities and distribution channels.
11. Participating in environmental conservation activities and quality control & improvement activities
Qualifications

Bachelor Degree Computer Science or IT Science or related
