• ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานภายในองค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและสาเหตุ ระบุโอกาสในการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงาน และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม
• ดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ (Process Improvement) และติดตามผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ
• ควบคุมและดูแลเอกสารระบบคุณภาพให้เป็นปัจจุบันและสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดขององค์กร
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อรวบรวมและจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการทำงาน
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านระบบควบคุมภายใน การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน ISO และกิจกรรมการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องขององค์กร (Continuous Improvement)

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขา Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Process Improvement, Quality Management หรือ Business Process Analysis 
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การแก้ไขปัญหา และการคิดเชิงกระบวนการ (Process Thinking)
• ความสามารถในการประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานจากหลากหลายหน่วยงาน
• ความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001 เป็นข้อพิจารณาพิเศษ
• ความรู้ด้าน Lean, Kaizen, PDPA, Risk Management หรือ QMS Auditor เป็นข้อพิจารณาพิเศษ
