• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Website and other online channels
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation, conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
• Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations on budget allocation across channels
• Track and report campaign performance to management and regional stakeholders
• Support SEO and website optimization initiatives to increase online visibility and lead generation
• Recommend content direction and campaign strategies suitable for each digital platform
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate quality leads and support business growth

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• TOEIC score of 650+ preferred.
  
• Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Blueprint, or other Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
