• Analyze business and system requirements to design test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Execute Functional Testing, System Testing, and Integration Testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Verify system quality and readiness prior to release.

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
• Prepare testing reports and communicate testing results.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve product quality and testing processes.

• Test and validate AI-powered features and functionalities.
• Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
• Support AI solution validation activities before customer deployment.
• Identify potential risks, limitations, and improvement opportunities for AI features.

• Collaborate with customers and business partners throughout project execution.
• Support testing activities during Development, Pre-Production, Go-Live, Support, and After-Sales phases.
• Participate in issue analysis and problem resolution for customer-facing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide testing feedback and quality recommendations to stakeholders.

• Work closely with Product, Development, and Business teams to support project objectives.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas teams, customers, and business partners when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of or experience in Software Testing, Software QA, AI Testing, or Software Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Basic understanding of AI Products, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Workflows, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to create Test Cases, Test Reports, and provide recommendations for issue resolution and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Experience with AI Product Validation, AI Testing, Prompt Testing, or AI Evaluation.
• Knowledge of AI Governance and Data Governance principles.
• Experience evaluating and monitoring AI Agents and AI Applications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Understanding of Secure SDLC principles and practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Docker containers.
• Experience with Automation Testing frameworks and tools.
