Responsibilities
2.ดูแลลูกค้าก่อนและหลัง การขาย
3.บันทึกข้อมูลในการทำงานในระบบ CRM
4.ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างความประทับใจ
5.จัดทำ Sales forecast และให้ข้อมุลเกี่ยวกับสภาวะการตลาด การแข่งขัน
6.เข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้าเก่าและใหม่
7.แก้ไขและตอบคำถามเบื้องต้นในส่วนของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่รับผิดชอบ
8.รับเรื่อง Complaint จากลูกค้าและประสานงานไปยังแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
9.รับผิดชอบยอดขายตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
10.พัฒนาการทำ Present เรียนรู้ Product ต่างๆ
11.ปฎิบัติหน้าที่สอดคล้องกับ ISO 9001/14001
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขา การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานขาย 2 - 5 ปี, การตลาด หรือด้านการบริการลูกค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายอุปกรณ์สำนักงานระบบอัตโนมัติ หรือ IT Product จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการ Present และสามารถทำ Power Point ได้
• มีใจรักงานด้านการบริการ, มีทักษะในการประสานงาน, การสื่อสาร, การเจรจาต่อรอง
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวหรือจักรยานยนต์ พร้อมใบอนุญาตขับขี่
• สามารถเดินทางปฎิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ในกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑลได้
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และใบอนุญาตขับขี่
