Responsibilities
Purpose of the position
• The Warehouse Administration Staff will assist the Warehouse Operation Supervisor in the smooth running of the warehouse administration.
• To make sure that KPI has been meet.
• To receive further assignment from superior to deploy on the shop floor.
Key Tasks
• Ensure that all goods / cargoes movements and transfers are properly documented and all paperwork accurately completed such as:
*Tally Sheets (for receiving goods)
*Order Pick Lists (for releasing documents)
*Delivery Document (for Customer’s signature and record)
• Cooperate with Warehouse Operation Staff to ensure that all goods / cargoes movement and transfers are properly stored / withdrawn.
• Ensure transaction in WMS is updated timely and accuracy (WMS vs Customs Report)
• Able to track, reconciliation once inventory discrepancy occurred and initiate prevention to avoid repeat mistaken.
• Ensure that the warehouse administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Make sure that operation results meet KPI target.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
• It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.01

Qualifications
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
• Ensure that the working environment is neat, tidy and free from encumbrances.
• Perform physical count of goods during annual stock take and cycle count and at superior’s orders
• Ensure that all safety practices are complied with standard.
• To participate and support activities related to Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the DSV.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Educational background / Work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management or any fields
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supervisor role in Logistics field.
• Familiar with Sea, Air, Land, Customs, freight forwarding environment at the international level
Language skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
Computer Literacy
• Computer Literacy MS Office skills
• Warehouse Management System
