Responsibilities

Manage import and export activities, including shipping documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, BOI privileges, and company policies.

Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service teams to support material availability and on-time deliveries.

Monitor shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.

Prepare and maintain import/export records, reports, licenses, certificates, and related documentation.

Analyze logistics performance, transportation costs, and lead times to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Import-Export, International Logistics, Shipping, Customs Clearance, or Supply Chain operations.
Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international trade practices.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Good command of Thai and English.
Ability to work in Samut Prakan Province, and willing to relocate if required by business needs.
