Responsibilities
- Manage chemical quality control activities for raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Oversee laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Lead raw material qualification, stability studies, shelf-life evaluation, and retest/expiry date management.
- Develop, review, and maintain analytical methods, specifications (IS Spec & PS Spec), and quality-related laboratory documentation.
- Monitor water quality and analytical results, investigate quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO/IEC 17025, 5S, Safety, and TQM requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, Chemical Laboratory, or Quality Management within Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of raw material quality control, analytical testing, stability studies, specification management, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Experience with GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO 9001, and other quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments, analytical methods, and quality documentation.
- Willing to work alternate Saturdays
- Based in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate in the future if required by the company.
