Product Engineer - บริษัท มาสเตอร์ คอนโทรล จำกัด

1. Sales Enablement, Technical Consulting & Field Support (เน้นการสนับสนุนทีมขายและเข้าพบลูกค้า)

• Technical Presentation & Site Survey: เข้าร่วมการนำเสนอขาย (Presentation) พร้อมกับทีมขาย เพื่อตอบคำถามเชิงเทคนิคเชิงลึก ชูจุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ และร่วมสำรวจหน้างาน (Site Survey) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของการติดตั้ง
• Sales Solution Support: ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทีมขายในการจัดทำข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค การเปรียบเทียบสเปก (TOR Compliance Sheet) สำหรับระบบ Fire Alarm, Digital Door Lock และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ
• Exhibition & Event Support: เข้าร่วมงานจัดแสดงสินค้า (Exhibition/Booth) วางแผน นำเสนอ และช่วยติดตั้งระบบ/สินค้าสาธิตบนบูธนิทรรศการ

2. Technical Training & Knowledge Transfer (การจัดอบรมและถ่ายทอดความรู้)

• Internal Sales Training: จัดหลักสูตรและฝึกอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ระบบ Fire Alarm, Digital Door Lock และผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ให้แก่พนักงานขายใหม่และทีมขายปัจจุบัน
• Dealer & Partner Training: ถ่ายทอดความรู้ เทคนิคการขาย และการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับตัวแทนจำหน่าย (Dealers) และพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
• Training Materials Development: จัดทำเอกสารและสื่อการสอน เช่น คู่มือการใช้งาน, สไลด์การอบรม, และเอกสารเปรียบเทียบจุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์

3. Advanced Technical Support & Root Cause Analysis (การสนับสนุนเชิงเทคนิคและการแก้ปัญหา)

• PMD & Installation Support: สนับสนุนทีมบริหารโครงการ/ติดตั้ง (PMD) เกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้งาน การติดตั้ง และแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิคผ่านระบบรีโมต (Remote Solution)
• MA & Maintenance Support: สนับสนุนทีมบริการหลังการขาย/ซ่อมบำรุง (MA) ในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาระดับโปรแกรมหรือเทคนิคขั้นสูง
• Root Cause Analysis: วิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง (Root Cause) และหาแนวทางแก้ไขสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดปัญหาในโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ

4. Product Strategy, Testing & Market Intelligence (กลยุทธ์, การทดสอบสินค้า และการวิเคราะห์ตลาด 20% )

• Gender / Age: Male or Female, Age 35 years old and above
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Technology, or other related fields.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Support, Product Management, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering within Fire Alarm, Digital Door Lock, CCTV, Access Control, or Building Automation (BA) industries.
• Technical & Hands-on Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems or Digital Door Lock Systems.
• Practical skills in product testing, troubleshooting, and remote diagnostic tools.
• Experience in preparing training materials, TOR sheets, and product comparison documentation.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching/training skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Service-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills (working well with Sales, PMD, MA, and Clients).
• Language Skills:
• Native or Fluent in Thai.
• Good command of spoken and written English
  (able to read technical manuals and communicate effectively).
• Others:
• Ability to travel for site surveys, client meetings, and exhibition setup.
