• ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการแก้ไขเมื่อพบความผิดพลาด
• วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์/เครื่องมือ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและอัตราผลผลิต (First/Second Yield) ให้สูงสุด
• ทำความเข้าใจและดำเนินการตามความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ติดตามและนำพนักงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรหลังการบำรุงรักษา
• ดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกันเมื่อมีการแจ้งเตือน SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• สนับสนุนการทำงานของสายการผลิต
• วิเคราะห์ความผิดพลาดและดำเนินการเพื่อลดของเสียให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
• ตรวจสอบกระบวนการและวิธีการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน OS (Operating Standard)
