Responsibilities
• ให้รหัสโรคทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ในคนไข้ OPD, IPD
• ให้รหัสโรคทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ได้ทันตามระยะเวลา ในคนไข้ OPD, IPD
• ให้รหัสโรคทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ในคนไข้ OPD, IPD
• เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ เพื่อจัดทำรายงานและสถิติประเภทต่างๆ ให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ให้รหัสโรค,หัตถการทางการแพทย์,คิดDRG ในเคสเบิกSupra contract, เคสโซนแดง, เคสเบิกจ่ายตรงราชการ
• บันทึกสาเหตุการตายในระบบของกระทรวงสาธาณสุข
• รายงาน รง.506
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์ สาธารณสุขศาสตร์บัณฑิต หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถให้รหัสโรค ICD-10 และใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นและผ่านการอบรมาตรฐานการให้รหัสโรคและหัตถการ
• ทำงานด้านการให้รหัส ICD-10 มาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและเจรจาที่ดี สามารถพูด เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักงาบริการ
• สามารถใช้งาน Ms.office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
