Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานบัญชีทั้งหมดของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมการจัดทำบัญชีแยกประเภท บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) บัญชีสินค้าคงเหลือ และบัญชีทรัพย์สิน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีและรายการบันทึกบัญชี
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบงบการเงินรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปี
- สามารถปิดงบการเงินได้ด้วยตนเอง และดำเนินการปิดบัญชีภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี (External Auditor) และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและยื่นภาษีต่าง ๆ เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (PND), ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล และภาษีอื่น ๆ
- วิเคราะห์งบการเงิน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจ
- ควบคุมระบบบัญชีสินค้า ต้นทุนสินค้า และการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลัง
- วางระบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานด้านบัญชีและการควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control)
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการเงิน ฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการบัญชี
- หากมี CPA หรือ CPD จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ปิดงบการเงินด้วยตนเอง
- สามารถจัดทำและยื่นภาษีได้ครบทุกประเภท
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล)
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
