Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned hospital services and medical centers, including Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Analyze the performance of each product/service, including revenue, patient volume, new patients, existing patients, average bill value, and other relevant business and marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical teams, and operations teams to develop new products, services, packages, and healthcare offerings.
- Develop product offerings and service bundles that address customer needs and market opportunities, including promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, CRM, PR, Content, Sales, and Business Development teams to effectively launch, promote, and drive assigned products/services in the market.
- Develop and execute Content Marketing Strategies for assigned products, services, and medical centers, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target audiences, and the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and product performance to identify opportunities for product improvement, growth, and revenue generation.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support the marketing department’s and organization’s strategic goals and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field. Candidates with a background in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, or other relevant healthcare/science disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Wellness, or Premium Services will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Market Analysis, Business Analysis, and Marketing Strategy.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing Funnel concepts.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience in Content Marketing and Data Analysis will be an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and practical ability to leverage AI and Generative AI tools to support Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, and other marketing activities.
