Data Analyst - บริษัท สมิติเวช จำกัด (มหาชน)

·         Collect, clean, and analyze data (including user behavior) to support business decision-making

·         Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and generate actionable insights

·         Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders to support decision-making and improve performance

·         Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), and support business analysis such as performance evaluation, forecasting, and opportunity identification

·         Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively present data

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

·         Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field. (a plus for Master's degree).

·         At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a role involving customer insights.

·         Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure with positive thinking.
