Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports.
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows and identify potential cash flow requirements.
• Assist in preparing short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Perform daily or monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor bank transactions and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
• Prepare cash position and cash flow reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and reduce manual work.
• Support the implementation and improvement of treasury, banking, and accounting systems.

 

Qualifications

o    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

o    1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

o    Good understanding of cash management, payment processes, and bank reconciliation.

o    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.

o    Experience using ERP systems, accounting software, and online banking platforms.

o    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

o    Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

o    Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

o    Good communication and coordination skills.

o    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
