Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance and service quality of the after-sales service team.
- Manage customer information and service records to support business development and enhance customer relationship strategies.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and service escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Service, Technical Support, and other internal departments to ensure seamless after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, After-Sales Service, Account Management, or a related field.
- Strong customer relationship management, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Flexible to travel for customer visits and work overtime when required.
