Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee Shipment and Supply Chain operations related to import and export activities to ensure efficient and on-time operations.
- Manage international transportation by sea, air, and land
- Review and control import/export documentation and oversee customs clearance processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Import & Export team to improve operational effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Import & Export, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, with proven experience in leading a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English (B2 level).
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Able to travel conveniently and willing to travel as required.
