• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ/บรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงานผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์กระดาษลูกฟูก/โรงงานกระดาษ อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยผ่านตำแหน่งบริหารระดับหัวหน้างานขึ้นไป

• มีความเป็นผู้นำ บริหารทีมงานจำนวนมากได้ดี

• เข้าใจระบบ ISO / FSC และเครื่องมือบริหารการผลิต (Lean, Kaizen) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
