Presales Engineer - Platt Nera Co.,Ltd.

1. Provide technical support information to sales department for the projects of IT, Computer, Telecommunications or other related government projects.

2. Preparing technical proposal and comply the product specification, survey designed system document, demonstration, and coordinate with sales team to purpose the jobs to meet customer requirement and follow up the project result together with sales team.

3. Listen to customer requirements, analyze and formulate their needs.

4. Design an appropriate system (e.g., infrastructure, security) that meets customer needs and budget.

5. Prepare the project proposal and bill of materials (BOM).

6.Present a preliminary product and demonstrate its use to confirm system compatibility.

7. Answer technical questions (Technical Q&A) and support the sales team in closing projects.

8. Coordinate between the sales department and the post-sales engineering team or vendor.

1. Male/Female, Thai Nationality, aged not over 45 years old
2. Bachelor ‘s degree or higher in IT, Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications or other related fields
3. Have an understanding of the process for preparing Terms of Reference (TOR) and project bidding.
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience
5. Familiar in multi-technologies
6. Very good communications skill, coordination and problem solving
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Fluent in English communications
