Responsibilities
- Communication, coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Serves as contact for all Project related issues.
- Change management ensuring all the appropriate resources are assigned in order to clearly
- document and agree the changes with the Client and facilitate the deployment of the change
- within propose solution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ability to understand the Business and Project Requirement.
- Track and monitor the progress of project status.
- Summarize the content of the meeting to prepare the minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Have 3 years’ experience in IT Project Management such as Software Product or IT Solutions.
- Have experience in documents for Project Management.
- Have experience in Insurance,Banking or Finance industry.
- Good command of English.
