Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of Technical Service into a data-driven, revenue-generating function by optimizing spare parts management, implementing scalable service infrastructure, and ensuring high service reliability.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive the reduction of spare parts inventory by lowering Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) from 360 to 180 days while maintaining at least a 95% service fulfillment rate. Implementing demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control mechanisms such as min-max levels to optimize stock availability.
2. Design and implement standardized service level agreements, including 24- and 72-hour response protocols aligned with the branch service model. Redesign workflows across field service, spare parts distribution, and service coordination to improve efficiency, consistency, key service metrics such as first-time fix rate, response time, and overall productivity.
3. Lead or support the selection, implementation, and adoption of service management systems such as Oracle or other digital platforms. Ensuring data readiness for ERP or service system implementation by establishing clean and structured master data.
4. Transform the technical service function into a revenue-generating unit by developing and implementing after-sales strategies. Design service offerings such as preventive maintenance contracts, spare parts pricing, and service packages. Collaborate with sales and marketing to position after-sales service as a key differentiator and customer value driver.
5. Establish and manage performance dashboards covering key metrics such as DIO, service fulfillment rate, first-time fix rate, and service revenue, while driving data-based decision-making.
6. Lead, coach, and develop the service team to strengthen analytical capability, operational discipline, and customer focus, while building a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements :
● Minimum 10 years of experience in technical service, aftersales, or operations.
● Proven experience in inventory optimization and service operations improvement.
● Hands-on experience with ERP or service management systems.
● Experience in equipment-based industries and exposure to service revenue is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements :
● Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to use data for decision-making
● Solid knowledge of spare parts management, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting
● Experience with ERP or service management systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)
● Understanding of service operations, SLA management, and field service workflows
● Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop after-sales revenue strategies
● Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
● Ability to lead transformation, manage complexity, and drive change across teams
● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
● Experience in organization design, team capability building, and performance management
● Fluency in Thai and English
