Planning Engineer (Yearly Contract) - บริษัท จีซี เมนเทนแนนซ์ แอนด์ เอนจิเนียริง จำกัด

Work Location : Maptaphut, Rayong

Key Responsibilities: 

- Prepare proposal schedule support estimate package. 

- Developing and set-up schedule including milestone for FEED and EPC projects (Level1/2/3/4).

- Establish and reviewing project master schedule all across of the project phase.

- Developing project progress according to progress measurement system for all project phase.

- Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as critical path analysis.

- Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary and area of concern.

- Responsible for planning and scheduling for shutdown, turnaround work scope.

- Responsible for resource allocation analysis including manpower histogram.

- Direct report to project manager and management team identifying progress status for highlight or issues.

- Engage with project team, construction team for reason of delay and mitigation action

- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

- Bachelor degree in Engineering

- Experience 2 years or above for Planning in EPC Project management for Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Gas Plant.

- Knowledge and understanding Feasibility, FEED, EPC and PMC the petrochemical and refinery projects.

- Experience in project planning program (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft office.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience of multi-disciplinary project and multiple stakeholders.

- Work as a team player.

- Enthusiasm, Initiative and cooperative.
