Responsibilities
- ควบคุม ดูแล และวางแผนงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรประเภท Rotating Equipment ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและมาตรฐานที่กำหนf
- บริหารจัดการทีมช่างให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และตรงตามเวลา
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหา (Troubleshooting) และวางแนวทางแก้ไขเครื่องจักรที่ขัดข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Corrective Maintenance (CM)
- ใช้งานระบบ CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) ในการวางแผน บันทึก และติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกร และผู้รับเหมา
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย (Safety) ของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานและนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปวส. ช่างยนต์ ช่างกลโรงงาน ไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือวัด หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 12–19 ปี ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ปิโตรเคมี โรงไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรประเภท Rotating Equipment
- สามารถใช้งานระบบ CMMS ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะด้านการวางแผนงาน การบริหารทีม และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- ความสามารถพิเศษเฉพาะทาง เช่น Pump / Firewater Pump / Air Compressor / Vacuum Pump / Cooling Tower Fan / Ventilation Fan
- Reactor / Agitator / Column / Wiped Film Evaporator Rotor / Drum Filling Machine
