Responsible for preparing and keying customs entries for import and export shipments, checking shipment documents, coordinating with the operation team, and ensuring that all entry information is correct and submitted according to customs regulations.

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare and key in customs entry for import and export shipments in the Customs system.

2. Check documents such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Air Waybill, and related documents.

3. Verify shipment information and HS Code before submission.

4. Coordinate with Customs Specialist, CS team, and related parties.

5. Correct or update entry information when required by Customs Department,

6. Support customs clearance operation and other related tasks
