Customs Specialist (Freight Forwarding Business)-Laemchabang: Chonburi - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

         Responsible for handling customs clearance for import and export shipments, checking documents, verifying HS Code, coordinating with Customs and related government agencies, and ensuring all customs procedures comply with regulations and company requirements. Also support the operation team and customers on customs-related matters.

1. Check and confirm the correct HS Code (tariff classification) of products.

2. Check shipment documents such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Air Waybill, and FTA Form.

3. Check C/O, FTA, and other import–export documents.

4. Give advice on HS Code and customs clearance to the team and customers.

5. Provide information about tax benefits and customs regulations.

6. Support customers with customs and international trade issues.

7. Check and handle customs clearance correctly according to procedures.

8. Control and arrange import/export permits from related government agencies.

9. Check and manage duty refund and duty compensation processes.

10. Coordinate or negotiate with Customs officers when problems occur.

11. Submit import/export permit applications to government agencies such as FDA, TISI, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, etc.

12. Follow updates on customs regulations and share information with the team and customers.

13. Other tasks as assigned.
