Section Manager - Inventory / Inbound / Outbound @Lat Krabang - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1. บริหารและควบคุม Supervisor ให้ดำเนินงานตามแผนที่กำหนด
2. วางให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงานในแต่ละวัน/สัปดาห์
3. กำหนดและติดตาม KPI ของแผนกอย่างใกล้ชิด (Daily / Weekly Tracking)
4. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Backlog หรือ Delay ที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติงาน
5. จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์ เสนอ Site Manager
6. ริเริ่มและผลักดันโครงการ Improvement เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแผนก
7. ประสานงานข้ามแผนกกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น IB/OB/Transport/Inventory) เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานราบรื่น
8. ดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของทีม
9. รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวเกาหลีเป็นระยะ

• ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์, Supply Chain, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง• มีประสบการณ์บริหารงาน Logistics / มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานระดับ Section / Supervisor ขึ้นไป ด้าน Warehouse หรือ Logistics อย่างน้อย 4–6 ปี
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน (Excel ระดับดี: Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับหนึ่ง (อาจมีการรายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวเกาหลีด้วย)
• สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขการทำงานเป็นกะได้
• มีประสบการณ์แก้ไขปัญหา Backlog หรือ Delay ในสถานการณ์ Peak Season
• มีความรู้ระบบ WMS/ERP (SAP, Oracle หรือเทียบเคียง)
