• ค้นหาคัดเลือกและประเมิน Supplier / Sub-contractor รายใหม่
• เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขสัญญาราคาและ SLA กับ Supplier
• บริหารสัญญา (Contract Management) และดูแลให้ครบกำหนดต่อสัญญา
• ติดตามและประเมิน KPI / SLA ของ Supplier เป็นรายเดือน
• แก้ไขปัญหาและข้อพิพาทกับ Supplier อย่างทันเวลา
• จัดทำรายงาน Supplier Performance และนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Operations, Finance, และLegal สำหรับงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• หา agency คนขับรถ
• ดู attendance / leave ของพนักงานขับรถ
• ตรวจสอบ billing และ payment
• รับผิดชอบบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Supplier และผู้ให้บริการภายนอก(Outsource Partner, Sub-contractor) ของฝ่าย Last Mile
