Commercial Supervisor ประจำคลัง CJ ลาดกระบัง - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• ดูแลและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและรักษาฐานลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น Operations, Warehouse, Transport และ Customer Service เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามข้อตกลง (SLA)
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางหรือบริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่เหมาะสม
• จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ทำ invoice / billing 
• ติดตามยอดขาย รายได้ และผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านต้นทุน กำไร และโอกาสในการเพิ่มรายได้
• รับเรื่องและประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็ว
• จัดทำรายงานการประชุม รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Commercial, Key Account, Business Development, Sales หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์, 3PL, Transport หรือ Warehouse จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงานและทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้
• ใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint ได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
