Shift Manager (Khon Kaen Site) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
• Manage daily operational performance to achieve KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and supervise Supervisors, Team Leaders, and warehouse staff while planning manpower and resources effectively.
• Monitor warehouse activities, identify operational issues, and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analyze operational performance, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support employee development through coaching, performance management, and operational training.
• Handle urgent operational issues and ensure business continuity during the assigned shift.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
5. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
6. Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment will be an advantage.
