Job Summary :

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving customer service targets, managing warehouse performance, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage overall warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance.

• Drive operational performance to achieve KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage warehouse resources including manpower planning, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and operational costs.

• Monitor daily warehouse operations, identify operational risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

• Build strong relationships with customers by ensuring service excellence and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with Transportation, Customer Service, HR, Engineering, Safety, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.

• Optimize warehouse operations through effective utilization of WMS and operational systems.

• Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Lead, develop, and coach warehouse management teams to build high-performing organizations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and warehouse SOPs.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.

3. Experience managing large warehouse operations and leading multi-level teams in a 3PL environment.

4. Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

5. Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

6. Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.

7. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.

8. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
