Last-Mile Outsource Managing Support Supervisor ประจำคลังลาดกระบัง - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• บริหารและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัท Outsource และ Vendor
• ดูแลความพร้อมของกำลังคนและทรัพยากรที่ผู้รับเหมาจัดเตรียม
• ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของ Outsource ตาม KPI และ SLA
• ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• ประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ให้บริการ

• วางแผนและติดตามจำนวนพนักงาน Outsource ให้เพียงพอต่อปริมาณงาน
• ประสานงานเรื่องการเริ่มงาน การเปลี่ยนกะ และการทดแทนกำลังคน
• ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยและมาตรฐานการทำงาน
• สนับสนุนการอบรมและปฐมนิเทศพนักงาน Outsource

• ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขในสัญญาว่าจ้าง
• ติดตามวันหมดอายุของสัญญา
• ประสานงานการต่ออายุสัญญาและการปรับปรุงเงื่อนไข
• จัดเก็บและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Vendor

• ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของ Outsource
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน KPI
• จัดประชุมทบทวนผลการดำเนินงานกับ Vendor
• จัดทำแผนปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเมื่อผลการดำเนินงานต่ำกว่าเป้าหมาย

• ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Outsource
• ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารการเบิกจ่าย
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและหาแนวทางลดค่าใช้จ่าย
• จัดทำรายงานงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน

• ประสานงานกับทีม Operations, Transport Planning, Fleet และ Warehouse
• สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
• วางแผนรองรับปริมาณงานในช่วง Peak Season
• ติดตามการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนการขนส่ง

• ตรวจสอบให้ Outsource ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety)
• สนับสนุนการตรวจประเมินภายในและภายนอก
• ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของเอกสารและใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• Vendor Performance Report
• Outsource Headcount Report
• KPI Dashboard
• SLA Performance Report
• Attendance Report
• Cost Analysis Report
• Monthly Operations Report
• Incident & Corrective Action Report

• กำกับดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานในความรับผิดชอบ
• มอบหมายงาน ติดตามผล และให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีม
• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะและการปฏิบัติงานของทีม
• สร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างทีมภายในและผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
