Sr.Manager - Dry Food Operation (Wangnoi) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the Dry Food Distribution Center (DC) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

• Manage and lead operational teams through Managers in key areas such as inbound, sortation, inventory, replenishment, and dispatch.

• Develop operational strategies, workflows, and KPIs to support both wholesale and retail distribution requirements.

• Monitor productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels to meet business goals.

• Ensure food safety, quality standards, and compliance with relevant regulations (HACCP/GMP/ISO).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and sales) to ensure smooth operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes, automation, and resource utilization.

• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce development.

• Control the department budget and optimize operational costs.

• Prepare regular reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Applicant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in food retail or FMCG warehouse operations is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams through Section Managers.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/SAP, and automation solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

• Understanding of food safety standards and compliance regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver results.
